Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale 18
The DERS-18 is a self-report questionnaire designed to assess multiple aspects of emotion dysregulation. The measure yields scores on six scales: Awareness, Clarity, Goals, Impulse, Nonacceptance and Strategies.
